Recently Barbon Manor announced improvements to paddock drainage. They seem to have started a trend as now a project with similar ends has got underway at Wiscombe Park.
In recent years the exit of the paddock on the one side has sometimes become a mud bath. This is due to the ground getting waterlogged and cutting up when driven over.
New kerbing is being installed to divert some of the water flowing into the area. Drainage pits are also being inspected.
